UAE Travel: Visa-Free Countries for Indian, Pakistani, and Filipino Nationals

Many citizens around the world face challenges in obtaining visa-free entry to various countries.

However, certain nations in Africa, Oceania, and Asia have emerged as the most welcoming, allowing nationals from many countries to enter without a visa.

According to data from Henley & Partners, a global residence and citizenship by investment firm, eight African countries, three from Oceania, and one from Asia are recognized as the most open countries, providing visa-free access to approximately 198 nations.

The African countries leading the way include Kenya, Burundi, Cape Verde Islands, Comoro Islands, Djibouti, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, and Rwanda.

In Oceania, Micronesia, Samoa, and Tuvalu are the standout nations, while Timor-Leste represents Asia as the only country offering visa-free entry to all nationalities.

Among these twelve countries, Kenya stands out as a popular tourist destination, attracting 2.4 million visitors last year—a 15% increase—primarily drawn by its renowned safaris.

The UAE, home to over 200 nationalities, sees a significant presence from countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.

According to Henley & Partners, Indian nationals enjoy visa-free access to 58 countries, including the British Virgin Islands, Fiji, Indonesia, Jordan, and Thailand, among others.

Pakistani citizens can travel to 32 countries without a visa, including Barbados, Cambodia, and Kenya. Meanwhile, Bangladeshi nationals have access to 39 countries, with notable destinations like Bhutan, Jamaica, and the Maldives.

Filipinos benefit from visa-free entry to 65 countries, including popular travel spots such as Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.
