Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests around the property using a buggy.
• Greet guests warmly, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures.
• Ensure that the buggy is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
• Follow scheduled transportation routines and respond to ad-hoc requests promptly.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and traffic rules at all times.
• Offer guests information about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a proven safe driving record.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage.
• Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.
