GCC Emergency Centre Activated in Response to Israeli-Iran Conflict

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has activated its Emergency Management Centre in response to the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel.

Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the GCC, stated that the activation aims to ensure all necessary preventive measures are in place, monitoring environmental and radiological risks closely.
While no immediate cause for concern has been observed, the GCC is maintaining a state of full alert to ensure readiness.
The GCC has condemned the military actions carried out by Israel, calling for restraint from all parties involved. Albudaiwi emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy to avoid further escalation that could destabilize the region.
