The Shop Helper will assist technical teams in maintaining workshop organization, safety, and efficiency — essential for smooth engineering workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting engineers and technicians with the movement and organization of parts, tools, and materials
  • Performing routine cleaning and housekeeping of work areas, ensuring safety and accessibility
  • Supporting waste management and proper disposal in accordance with engineering protocols
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and workshop standards at all times

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Qualification: High school certificate or equivalent
  • Experience: Prior exposure to an industrial or workshop environment is preferred
  • Skills: Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision, and communicate effectively
