Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and housekeeping staff as required.
- Collect used linens and trash from guest floors, returning them to the laundry or designated collection points.
- Assist housekeeping attendants with carrying heavy or bulky items when necessary.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of all linens and supplies to prevent damage or loss.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are well-stocked, organized, and clean.
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, or safety hazards encountered during rounds to the supervisor.
- Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and security protocols while performing duties.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or basic knowledge of housekeeping operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of handling lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
